MEET OUR STAFF
Dez began MMA training in 2007 after college. Within 3 months, he had his first title fight, amassing a 12-2 amateur record with 2 titles. He turned pro in 2011, becoming a top regional fighter, and later went 6-0 in boxing, claiming a regional championship. In 2019, he received a BJJ black belt from Bruno Bastos, making him the sole West Texas resident with pro boxing and MMA titles, plus a BJJ black belt.

Crystal Hill, a dedicated women's fitness coach at Ruffcamp, is also a competitive Purple Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, actively participating in Texas events, combining her passion for fitness coaching and martial arts competition.
